Return & Refund Policy of www.chicdancewear.com
Chic return policy is simple. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product for in store and online with 30 days of purchased date. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging with tag attached and in the condition they were received. When purchasing any shoes they must be in the original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Once we receive the returned item Chic Dancewear will then give a full refund. (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted or Finial Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Chic Dancewear will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
There's on refund for the following items: Tights, Undergarments, Customized/ Embellished items. Earrings, Gifts Cards/ E Cards and Cosmetics. All items that are marked FINAL SALE there's no REFUND and can't not be returned or mailed to the Chic Dancewear store.
Gift cards, marked “FINAL SALE” may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.

Chic return policy is simple. All return item should be return within or before 30 days. Return items must be retuned, undamaged, unworn, no sign of being washed and the tag much be attached. Return shoes unworn and in the original shoebox or package. If exchanging an item you must re-order and return the item . (Any tights, panties, earring, cosmetics, and undergarments are nonrefundable.) Final sale items are marked FINAL SALE no refund or exchange.
Click and complete the return form on our site. Print out the label attached return label to your package and ship. You will be charged $5.95 using this return label which will be deducted from your return amount.
If you use your own carrier to mail out the items, you’re responsible for the shipping cost. Return shipping cost is non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns packages.

Please allow Chic 4-5 business days from receipt for your return to be processed. We will issue a refund and email notifications. When using your own carrier provide us the tracking number provided by the carrier for arrival date. Usually it takes the banks 7-14 days to post the refund back to your account and depends on their refund policy.
